Who we are
Onyx Newsroom is published by Onyx Newsroom Ltd, registered in the UK (company number 15348780). Our editor-in-chief is Dr. Adil Ali (MBBS, Imperial College London) and our CEO is Lewis Hart. Our contributors, most of them UK-trained doctors or medical students, are listed on our About page. We have published work from 16 contributors and conducted over 150 interviews in 5 countries.
How we make money
- Sponsored content partnerships, including with Fortune and Newsweek.
- Advertising, including sponsor messages at the start and end of some Onyx Live videos.
- Our events, which bring biotech leaders together.
Sponsored content is always labelled as sponsored, and all Onyx sponsors are clearly identified as sponsors.
Opinions and labels
Contributors are free to give their own views, and opinion pieces are labelled as opinion. Press releases are labelled as press releases. Some Onyx staff hold shares in companies we cover.
Dates
Articles show the date we published them. Where we covered news after it broke, they also show the date it broke.
